Product Description
VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen production device operates at normal temperature conditions, using molecular sieve to selectively adsorb nitrogen from air. By reducing pressure in the adsorption tower to desorb nitrogen from the molecular sieve, the system achieves continuous adsorption-desorption cycle operation, producing oxygen with purity ranging from 80% to 95% or higher.

Operation Process
  • Filtered air is blown into adsorption towers containing molecular sieve and activated alumina. Nitrogen molecules are absorbed while oxygen molecules and argon atoms pass through to the buffer tank.
  • When one tower reaches saturation, the inlet valve closes, and oxygen-rich air washes the other tower while a vacuum pump removes nitrogen.
  • After vacuuming, oxygen-rich air and buffer tank gas wash the molecular sieve to desorb nitrogen. The tower is then filled with product gas, ready for the next adsorption cycle.
Packing & Delivery

All equipment is packed with wooden cases and anti-collision foam blocks. Machines are wrapped in stretch film and pearl cotton, meeting export packing standards.

Two sets of machines are delivered in 20-foot or 40-foot containers. Boosters and fittings are packed in wooden cases with exterior signs and anti-collision protection.

Fragile components such as gauges, flowmeters, and controllers receive special collision prevention treatment.
